Certified Nurse Aide CNA - $23.30 per hour! (Brighton, MI)

Join our award-winning team at Well Bridge of Brighton. CNAs provide assistance with activities of daily living and build relationships with our patients and families. They help the clinical team recognize potential medical issues by noticing changes in mood and behavior. CNAs are a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.

• Starting wage $19.15 per hour
• Afternoons: $0.75 per hour shift premium

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Perform and document patient care according to individualized care plans, including bathing and activities of daily living (skin care, preventative and supportive care, oral care, shaving, dressing).
• Document nutritional intake, vital signs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support therapies (physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, recreational) by encouraging well-being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.

• Completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program with current CNA certification from the State of Michigan
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, compassionate care
