Ready to take the next step in your nursing career? Woodland Village is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) to lead our nursing team and help ensure exceptional care for our residents.

As a Nurse Manager, you will play a key leadership role by supporting clinical operations, mentoring staff, and fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and resident-centered care.

• Lead, coach, and support nursing staff
• Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily nursing operations
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Assist with staff development, training, and performance management

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
