This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Brighton, MI. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties. Key duties include providing property showings, conducting market research, negotiating deals, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with a team to meet sales goals. Exceptional customer service and knowledge of the local real estate market are essential components of this role.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in sales, negotiations, and business development
• Knowledge of the real estate market and marketing strategies
• Ability to conduct market analysis and provide informed advice to clients
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing tasks
• Real estate license for the state of Michigan (or willingness to obtain one)
• Familiarity with Brighton, MI, and surrounding areas is a plus
• Proficiency with real estate software or tools is an advantage
