Role Description

DTN Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our team in Brighton, MI, for an on‑site role. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective residents to showcase properties, conducting property tours, managing leasing agreements, and maintaining an exceptional customer experience. The Leasing Consultant will also handle inquiries, assist with marketing initiatives, coordinate move‑ins, respond to maintenance requests, and ensure tenant retention through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Customer service and communication skills to engage effectively with prospective tenants and deliver exceptional resident experiences.
  • Sales and marketing abilities, including promoting apartment communities and creating engaging marketing materials.
  • Organizational and administrative skills to manage leasing agreements, respond to inquiries, and handle service requests efficiently.
  • Problem‑solving and conflict resolution to address tenant concerns effectively and maintain positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in property management software and familiarity with leasing processes is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in property leasing, customer service, or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
