C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, deliver outstanding customer service and promote products.;
Monitor the Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick and pack orders, and complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store processes.;
Research order shortages/overages, complete shipment check-in, and perform binning and system reporting.;
Partner with Merchandise Associates/Assistants to replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory.;
Meet established performance standards including shrink, safety, omnichannel, productivity, and attendance.
