Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Customer Service Rep, Stocking
Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. They help shape the future of health care for people, businesses, and communities by providing customer focused service. This position offers an opportunity to excel in a high‑impact retail setting, working independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others.
Essential Functions- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential service issues.
- Focus on the customer by offering a warm greeting, maintaining eye contact, and helping locate additional items.
- Accurately perform cashier duties—handling cash, checks, and credit cards with precision while following company policies.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendor deliveries, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed.
- Support opening and closing store activities when needed.
- Provide customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked, operational, and current with updated services.
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as an opportunity for growth.
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that help people on their path to better health.
- Minimum age 16 years.
- Physical requirements:
remain upright on feet for prolonged periods; lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently; perform visual tasks such as reading and inspecting small parts.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Time Type: Part time
Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour. This represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for the job grade. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors.
