Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop, find products, and provide solutions.
- Ensure fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
- Unload trucks, stock shelves, maintain planograms (POGs) and store recovery standards.
- Perform merchandise recovery, return/go‑back process, and store recovery to keep store well‑merchandised and in‑stock.
- Execute Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
- Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
- Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
- Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with Omni‑channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Cross‑train in custom framing selling and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred retail/customer service experience. Must be 16 years or older in the U.S. with ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
Physical Requirements- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Move throughout the store, bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch.
- Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
- Public retail store; climate controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled.
- Occasional outdoor work retrieving carts or unloading trucks.
- Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
- Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
