Part time service team member

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop, find products, and provide solutions.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, maintain planograms (POGs) and store recovery standards.
• Perform merchandise recovery, return/go‑back process, and store recovery to keep store well‑merchandised and in‑stock.
• Execute Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni‑channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Cross‑train in custom framing selling and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred retail/customer service experience. Must be 16 years or older in the U.S. with ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Move throughout the store, bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

• Public retail store; climate controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled.
• Occasional outdoor work retrieving carts or unloading trucks.
• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
