Role Description

As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for David Lantzy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
    • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through various methods including networking, referrals, warm calling, and online research.
    • Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.
  • Client Consultation
    • Meet with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
    • Provide detailed information on different insurance policies and products, explaining their features, benefits, and costs.
  • Sales and Policy Management
    • Recommend suitable insurance policies and assist clients in selecting the best options.
    • Process applications, renewals, and modifications of insurance policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their policies.
    • Assist clients with claims processing and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Professional Development
    • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, company policies, and product knowledge.
    • Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Associate’s degree or higher in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to obtain Property, Casualty, Life, Health, & Accident licenses.
