Position OverviewConstruction Sales Executive
We’re seeking an experienced professional to drive business development across Southeast Michigan. The role focuses on building relationships with developers, owners, architects, and other industry stakeholders, developing sales strategies, and partnering with internal teams to win work and ensure smooth project transitions.
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, owners, architects, and other industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and association functions.
- Work with preconstruction and estimating teams to support bid preparation and project scoping.
- Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM or internal systems.
Collaborate with leadership to set and meet sales goals.
- 5+ years of experience in construction sales or related business development role.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and terminology.
- Existing network of industry relationships in Southeast Michigan preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or related field preferred.
