Location & Travel

Detroit, MI + 50% travel nationwide + some international travel.

Compensation

$175,000 Base + 30% Bonus + ESOP options

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.

Are you experienced in selling glass curtain wall solutions into complex commercial construction projects and looking to progress into a VP of Sales position?

Do you want with an employee-led industry leader who will allow you to take ownership of a high-profile sales function work directly with major clients and project teams, and build toward leading your own team as a Vice President?

This is an opportunity to join a well-established building envelope and façade specialist delivering high-value glass curtain wall packages across the United States in a hands‑on role delivery innovative and complex whilst progressing your career quickly in to VP level.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive glass curtain wall sales experience and the credibility to engage with senior stakeholders across the construction and façade market be involved in the detail of live projects, supporting design‑build conversations, value engineering opportunities, estimating strategy, and the development of complete curtain wall packages.

Role
  • Lead business development and client engagement for glass curtain wall projects across the US, building long‑term relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with estimators and project teams to develop commercially competitive, technically viable curtain wall packages, including design‑build and value engineering solutions.
  • Take ownership of major opportunities from early client engagement through proposal development, negotiation, award, and project handover.
  • Progress into leading the curtain wall sales function, overseeing estimators and sales support staff while helping shape wider growth strategy.
Person
  • Strong commercial and technical understanding of curtain wall systems, estimating, design‑build delivery, and value engineering.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and win work with senior decision‑makers across commercial construction and architectural markets.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel, approximately 50%, including national travel and occasional international supplier visits.
