Insulation Sales Representative

AAA Service Network is seeking an Insulation Sales Representative to grow our residential construction and home services business. In this field-based role, you'll visit customers' homes, assess insulation and energy efficiency needs, and recommend tailored solutions that improve comfort, safety, and utility savings. You'll generate and follow up on leads, provide clear estimates, and close sales while partnering closely with installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate insulation needs for residential customers
• Educate homeowners on insulation options, energy efficiency, and comfort benefits
• Prepare and present clear estimates and proposals, overcoming objections to close sales
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure accurate job scope and scheduling
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and conversion goals
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service
• Stay current on building codes, insulation products, and home performance trends
