Engage with customers and associates with a strong, energetic presence and professional demeanor;
Train and develop Shortage Control Associates and promote shortage education;
Identify and report theft incidents and support evidence gathering with store leadership and, when needed, local law enforcement;
Assist in internal controls, store audits, and execution of asset protection programs
