Here’s what you can expect when you apply with us:

• An in-person interview within 48 hours
• This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise. All inquiries about employment at this franchise should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to Closets By Design Corporate.

• No degree, certifications, or prior experience required! If you're comfortable using a drill and measuring tape and enjoy hands-on home projects, we’d love to hear from you. Start as an apprentice, become an installer within 4–6 weeks, and work your way up to lead technician — with the potential to earn $40+/hour.
• Apprentices work alongside highly skilled Lead Technicians installing Closets by Design's products in a safe, high-quality, productive, and profitable fashion.
• Our training model quickly equips Apprentices with the know-how necessary to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-centric culture.
• Listed pay includes hourly base pay with the potential for a pay increases post-training
• Annual performance review with potential merit increase
• Direct career path to Lead Installer with potential earnings exceeding $40/hour

• Able to use a measuring tape, drill gun, and simple DIY house projects.
• Clean driving record and current personal auto insurance policy.
• Someone who enjoys working with their hands and learning new skills.
• Willing to take part in our training to become a skilled service technician.
