Technicians are at the backbone of our organization; therefore, we provide them with the tools and resources to be successful:
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment
- Perform welding and fabrication as needed
- Install aftermarket attachments and kits
- Accurately document repair work and maintenance records
- Utilize basic computer skills for diagnostics and reporting
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills is a must
- Mechanical knowledge in heavy equipment, diesel, or auto repair
- Must own a professional toolset
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License (CDL is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow within our team
$30 - $38 per hour (Based on experience). Paid hourly, not flat rate, with performance bonuses available.
