Heavy Equipment Operator

D2 Contracting is a heavy civil contractor specializing in underground utilities, earthwork, and full-scope site development. We build critical infrastructure across municipal, commercial, and industrial projects.

We are hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator who takes pride in their craft and operates with professionalism.

• 3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience in heavy civil or site development
• Experience with excavators, dozers (GPS preferred), loaders, rollers, or articulated trucks
• Ability to understand grade and work efficiently
• Underground utility experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification required prior to joining (we will provide)
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety
