• Complete maintenance or remodeling projects for residents and businesses in Bloomfield Hills and surrounding area.
• Evaluate requests, price jobs, troubleshoot, and communicate with clients.
• Finalize appropriate job materials and quantities for all projects.

• Paid experience in remodeling or residential/commercial maintenance (carpentry, painting, drywall, basic plumbing, electrical).
• Great customer service and client relations skills.
• Knowledge of building codes.
• Material management proficiency.
• Current driver’s license and insurance.
• Own tools, work vehicle, and strong references.
• Must have experience in remodeling or home repair trades.
• Must pass screening process including background check.
• Must have a smartphone and internet access.
• Located within a 20‑mile radius of Bloomfield Hills, MI.
