• Develop and maintain unitized takeoffs for assigned categories.
• Perform estimates per company standards.

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of standard commercial building practices, including elements and product installation methods.
• Previous experience in estimating.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding construction plans and specifications.
• Ability to perform unitized, detailed takeoffs for all activities required in commercial construction.
• Organized, self-starter.
• Personable and enthusiastic.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong computer knowledge (Mac and PC).
• Knowledge of local building codes.
• Strong analytical skills.
