March Ventures Coatings is a leading coating facility that applies paint coatings onto metal substrates for the automotive industry. Our 72,000 square foot facility in Brighton, Michigan provides a team-oriented environment with opportunities for advancement.

• E-coat/paint experience is a plus but not required.

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on all machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Perform light welding work on equipment.
• Maintain building structures as needed.
• Check and monitor E-coat related processes.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

This position is based in Brighton, MI, and involves working in an industrial setting with exposure to machinery and welding equipment. Safety protocols must be followed at all times.

This is a 1st shift position, approx. 40 to 50 hours per week; however, it may include some weekend and additional overtime as required.
