We are seeking talented Carpenters and laborers to join our team! In this role, you will construct, install, and repair wood and plywood structures and fixtures using hand and power tools. The ideal candidate is hard-working and dedicated to producing quality work. If you are an experienced Carpenter with a positive attitude, or a laborer wanting to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you.

We have been rough framing homes in southeastern Michigan for 29 years. The company was established in 1997. Over the years, we have framed many beautiful custom homes for some of the best builder partners in the area. It's a great trade and career, and we are looking to build the crews to handle the workload and demand for our custom home building skills.

• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Construct wood structures including framing, joists, and rafters
• Install fixtures and materials such as windows and siding.
• Interact with customers, builders, and other construction professionals

• Previous experience as a Carpenter is not required but is welcome.
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements
• Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Side tools are required. Carpenter pouches, framing hammer, tape measure, speed square, chalk line, and utility knife

We provide all power tools needed and have Sky Tracks on all job sites
