, every day is different. We're looking for a highly organized, quick-thinking Fuel Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every decision matters. You’ll be the hub of our transportation operation by:

• Dispatching fuel transport drivers and managing daily delivery routes.
• Monitoring driver locations, hours of service, and ELD compliance.
• Making real-time routing adjustments as customer needs change.
• Coordinating emergency deliveries and schedule changes.
• Working closely with drivers, fleet maintenance, customer service, and billing.
• Providing customers with accurate delivery updates and ETAs.
• Planning efficient routes that maximize productivity while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Supporting a safe, compliant, and efficient transportation operation.

• Communicates professionally with drivers, customers, and coworkers.
• Works well independently while remaining a strong team player.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Experience with dispatching, transportation logistics, GPS/ELD systems, trucking operations, or fleet coordination is highly valued.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local geography and commercial vehicle operations is preferred.
• Ability to learn dispatch and routing software.
• Ability to successfully pass a 7-year criminal background check.
• Dispatch experience is highly preferred.
