Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver, your role will include:

• Operating a safe and well-maintained vehicle that reflects a professional image.
• Delivering orders promptly, safely, and courteously.
• Taking accurate orders, answering customer questions, and accommodating special requests.
• Preparing pizza dough and toppings, such as vegetables and meats.
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace, including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and managing trash.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (3 years of safe driving history).
• Provide proof of liability insurance.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a Delivery Driver at Marco's Pizza, you will be responsible for delivering pizza and other menu items to our customers in a timely and friendly manner. You will represent our brand, and your friendly demeanor and customer-oriented approach will help create memorable experiences for our patrons.

- Safely and efficiently deliver pizzas and other food items to customers’ homes or businesses.

- Maintain excellent customer service and communication skills at all times.

- Take customer orders over the phone or in-person as needed.

- Ensure accuracy of orders before leaving the store.

- Handle cash and process payments securely.

- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

- Assist with the preparation of pizzas and other food items during busy periods.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the delivery area and vehicle.

- Follow company infection control and health standards.

- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

- Reliable vehicle for deliveries (insurance will be required).

- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

- Must be able to sit and drive for extended periods.
