The Opportunity
We are seeking a Junior Render Artist (3D/2D) with a passion for creating high-quality visualisations for live events and experiential environments. This role supports the Creative Production team by translating creative briefs into compelling visuals that help communicate concepts, secure projects, and elevate client presentations. You will balance technical accuracy with artistic vision while working across a range of event types and formats.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Event Designers, Creative Producers, venue teams, and production staff to interpret briefs and deliver visual solutions
- Create still renders, fly-throughs, virtual tours, and VR-ready content to support pitches, proposals, and project delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement in design processes, workflows, and infrastructure
- Meet internal deadlines while maintaining high creative and technical standards
- Provide weekly task updates and manage workload effectively
- Operate 3D and 2D authoring software independently or as part of a creative team.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, communication objectives, and required output formats.
- Work within defined time frames and budget parameters.
- Apply best-practice file management, naming conventions, and backup protocols
- 3+ years' experience in a creative design, event design or lighting design role, utilising 3D software as a core skill.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality render imagery, preferably within events or exhibition environments.
- Proficiency in CAD based 3D programs, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Vectorworks, Sketch Up, Revit, Rhino or similar software is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Knowledge of resolution, compression, and delivery formats.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
