Key Responsibilities

As Night Manager, you'll oversee the hotel's operation throughout the night shift and ensure the highest standards of service and safety are maintained.

Lead the night team and ensure duties are completed to a high standard
Oversee overnight operations including front desk, security, housekeeping and maintenance
Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly
Manage emergency situations and contact the appropriate authorities if required
Complete nightly audits and prepare reports for senior management
Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed
Monitor overnight budgets and record expenses accurately
Work with other departments to resolve any operational issues
Provide guidance and training to the overnight team
Maintain clear records of overnight activities and incidents

What we're looking for

Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality
Comfortable working the night shift and leading a small team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to remain calm and organised during busy or unexpected situations
