Mobile Maintenance Technician

Equans is looking for a Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bristol area. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Provide all-round engineering support ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of building services systems
• Operate building systems competently, including HV operations and emergency equipment control
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, statutory regulations, contract procedures and site processes
• Maintain shift handovers, plan staffing levels, manage parts ordering, and uphold high standards of housekeeping

• Experienced in building services engineering with knowledge of BEMS, UPS, generators, water treatment and HVAC systems
• Strong communicator with ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and handle challenging situations
• Proactive and committed to operational excellence and safety compliance
• Competent in IT, parts ordering & project reporting
• Qualified with relevant electrical or mechanical certifications including IEE 18th Edition training

This role requires standard police employment background checks and a full Health and Safety clearance in line with contractual obligations.
