Finance and Accounting Leadership Development Program – Participant

• Complete a comprehensive, three-year rotational program across Accounting/Controllership, Audit, and Finance
• Participate in rotations across enterprise groups including Claim, Corporate, Technology, Operations, and other business units
• Gain experience in accounting and controllership, auditing and internal controls, FP&A, financial reporting, and modeling
• Use modern analytical and AI tools/platforms and evaluate the quality and accuracy limitations of AI-assisted outputs
• Complete hands‑on assignments focused on accounting and controls, finance, insurance, self‑leadership, and influencing others
• Engage in targeted learning and development, mentoring, networking, community engagement, and project leadership
• Learn and adapt quickly, challenge inefficiencies, bring new ideas, take initiative, and engage with diverse perspectives
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Attend occasional business meetings and events requiring travel

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance or a related business field
• At least one year of finance, accounting, or related industry experience, including internship experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or greater preferred

Demonstrates expertise in Accounting, Finance, and Audit through hands‑on experience and a strong educational background. Proficient in utilizing analytical tools and Microsoft Excel to enhance financial reporting and modeling.
