Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Description SUMMARY
Provides an array of general office tasks and administrative support. Aids in maintaining daily company and office-wide operations and functions. Performs all duties in a manner that fosters the achievement of the organization’s mission to identify choices and provide services to help people of all ages, abilities and incomes to live at home.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an office environment performing similar tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment (filing, scanning, faxing).
- Data entry experience required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel a plus.
- Ability to be flexible and shift priorities as needed.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Understands the need for discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
