Client Project Coordinator

Job Description:

• Responsible for administrative support for the Project Management Team
• Act as a liaison regarding client project needs and provide guidance
• Oversee, review, complete, and process various project management forms
• Assist with client contact, verification of accurate sample check-in, and monitoring analysis status
• Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager
• Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system
• Set up accounts within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related field
• Three (3) years of customer service/support experience
• Knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of customer service
• Familiarity with computer applications and systems related to the work
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse socio-economic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds
• Proficient in proper business English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
