- Lead and mentor a team of product managers
- Partner with global stakeholders, including senior Gartner leaders, software engineers, product design, data science and more
- Drive the overarching product/tool vision and strategy

- 12-15 years’ experience working as a digital product owner
- 6-10 years’ experience directly managing product managers
- Ideally experience both at startups and enterprise software/product companies
- Bachelors or MBA/equivalent degree
- Strong product mindset
- Track record of solving difficult problems with business leaders
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience defining product strategy, setting vision and delivering multi-year roadmaps
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills
Demonstrates extensive experience in leading product management teams, defining product strategy, and delivering multi-year roadmaps while effectively collaborating with global stakeholders. Proven ability to balance customer needs, business value, and technical investment in a dynamic environment.
