Viz.ai Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Director to lead operations in the West region. This role focuses on enhancing customer outcomes and ensuring expansion within client accounts while working closely with the sales team. Ideal candidates should have substantial experience in Customer Success within an enterprise SaaS environment, as well as the ability to build and manage effective teams.
The Director will also develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and represent client feedback internally. This position is remote-first but may require travel (20-30%) for customer engagements.
