About the RoleThe role involves overseeing multiple landscape architecture projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee multiple landscape architecture projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Design Development: Lead the conceptualization and development of landscape design plans, including site layouts, planting designs, and sustainable practices.
- Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and ensuring their vision is realized through our designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (planning, engineering, etc.) to integrate landscape architecture with overall project goals and objectives.
- Technical Expertise: Stay current with landscape architecture trends, materials, and technologies, ensuring that the firm utilizes best practices in design and execution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and zoning laws.
- Budget Oversight: Develop project budgets and manage financial aspects of projects, including cost estimation and resource allocation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 10+ years of experience in landscape architecture. (Required 7+ Years)
- Professional Licensure in Landscape Architecture (PLA) is Re.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in landscape design, project management, and innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS).
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and environmental regulations.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
