Kent School in Connecticut is looking for a Head Coach for Girls’ Rowing who is dedicated to the growth and well-being of students. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for rowing and a successful coaching background at the high school or collegiate level. This role provides a unique chance to develop a comprehensive rowing program fostering athletic excellence and sportsmanship.
The coach will oversee the program throughout all three seasons, partner with the Athletics Director to strategize, and actively recruit students. The candidate must also be an effective communicator, collaborative educator, and mentor.
