• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
• Experience in a school setting working with students with diverse needs
• Strong understanding of IEPs, lesson planning, and progress monitoring
• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
• Compassionate approach and innovative teaching strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, paraprofessionals, and families

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students with varying abilities
• Adapt and modify curriculum to meet IEP goals
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and maintain accurate records
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment fostering student confidence and independence
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and IEP meetings
