Process Engineer
Business Unit: MAES;
Division:

- Daily monitoring of production for quality, cycle time, EHS compliance, and consistency with documented work practices.
- Monitor processes closely and oversee SPC-related activities for critical processes.
- Determine root causes for out-of-control products and other product failures, and follow through with corrective actions.
- Prepare periodic statistical reports for customers and ensure timely submission.
- Manage Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMR) as assigned, ensure timely closeout, root‑cause resolution, and minimize repeat occurrences.
- Support QA on customer complaints related to batch manufacturing processes, including work on Corrective Action Requests (CAR).
- Write and modify Work Instructions for existing products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process equipment‑related problems.
- Collaborate with Maintenance/Production and follow proper Management of Change protocol on equipment repairs and process changes to ensure maximum process safety.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Production and oversee execution of equipment and instrumentation calibration program.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering or related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - 3+ years of related experience in a process engineering role.
- Effective exposure and training in Continuous Improvement Methodology, such as Six Sigma Green Belt.
