A healthcare organization in Hartford County is seeking compassionate volunteers with therapy animals to provide emotional and task-oriented support to patients at the end of life. No experience is required, and full training will be provided. Must be at least 18 years old, possess a certified therapy animal, and commit to at least one hour a week for a minimum of six months.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also necessary.
