Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

$30–$33/hour | Full-Time
Post Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a setting where you can build meaningful connections with residents.
Position Overview:You will carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, helping residents improve their ability to complete everyday tasks safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities Include:- Lead individual and small group therapy sessions
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and task-specific training
- Encourage participation and motivate residents throughout treatment
- Observe changes in condition and report to the OT
- Maintain clear and timely documentation
- A supportive, collaborative rehab team
- Flexible scheduling options
- Opportunities to expand clinical skills in long-term care
