• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity

• Provide vital signs and reports any changes to the healthcare team

• Assist with medication administration and management

• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Promote a safe and respectful environment for residents, visitors, and staff

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Connecticut

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed

• Familiarity with rehabilitation and nursing protocols and procedures
