LTC Therapy Services is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to become part of the rehabilitation team at Ingraham Manor Nursing Home. This role provides the opportunity to support residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs while working within a collaborative interdisciplinary environment.

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and resident goals
• Provide skilled treatment addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Monitor outcomes and modify treatment approaches based on resident progress
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

• $43–$46/hour

• Active Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
