Lake Compounce Campground is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Lead – Lodging to deliver outstanding guest service at the front desk. Responsibilities include reservations, check-in/check-out, and handling guest requests with a friendly, professional attitude.
The role requires at least 1 year in hospitality or front desk work and strong customer service skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint and POS usage is expected.
