Director, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition, HR​/Recruitment

• Own full-cycle recruiting delivery for all U.S. experienced-hire roles across functions and business units
• Set and hold the team to standards for time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction, and hiring manager satisfaction
• Build capacity planning that matches recruiter headcount to hiring demand and allows flexibility
• Ensure compliant, inclusive hiring practices while enhancing employer brand and candidate experience
• Drive adoption and optimization of recruiting technologies to improve recruiter effectiveness and candidate engagement
• Align hiring priorities with business strategy through partnership with HR Business Partners and business leaders
• Advise leaders on external talent markets, workforce trends, and competitive hiring practices
• Represent recruiting in workforce and talent planning conversations
• Align and influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end hiring processes
• Grow and develop the U.S. recruiting organization
• Build capabilities across executive recruiting, strategic sourcing, scientific recruiting, employer branding, recruiting operations, and talent intelligence
• Influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and oversee colleagues to achieve business impact
• Report directly to the VP, Candidate Experience
• Manage approximately 7 direct reports and a 40-person total organization

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years in talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting at scale across multiple functions
• People leadership experience managing recruiting managers/senior recruiters
• Experience in a large, matrixed enterprise
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting operations/reporting tools
• Excellent knowledge of OFCCP and other U.S. hiring regulations
• Experience with pharma/biotech is strongly preferred
• Advanced degree is a plus
• Ability to translate business strategy into talent strategies and optimal hiring models
• Experience developing and implementing sourcing, branding, and talent attraction strategies
• Strong analytical capability
• Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
• Permanent work authorization in the United States required
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future

Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategy, and people leadership within a large, matrixed enterprise. Proficient in optimizing recruiting technologies and ensuring compliance with U.S. hiring regulations while enhancing the candidate experience.
