Purpose

We are seeking a motivated IT Co‑op/Intern currently enrolled in a relevant academic program to join our team. This role is designed for students who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in a professional IT environment. No prior work experience is required—just a willingness to learn, problem‑solve, and contribute.

• Provide basic technical support to employees (hardware, software, and network‑related issues)
• Assist with setting up and configuring computers, user accounts, and equipment
• Support IT team with system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
• Help document processes, procedures, and solutions for common issues
• Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain data accuracy and assist with system audits as needed

• Currently enrolled in a degree or certification program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Basic understanding of computer systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT concepts
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies and take initiative
• Exposure to networking, hardware troubleshooting, or scripting
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems or help desk tools
