Job Description

This is a leadership role with TCS ESU (TSS) and involves highly satisfying work in the field of proactive value creation and problem solving for stakeholders involved.

• This is a leadership role with TCS ESU (TSS) and involves proactive value creation and problem solving for stakeholders.
• Experience across industry verticals, especially Technology/Hi Tech, Software, Professional Services, MFG, with the flexibility and initiative to take up other industry domains.
• Design and architect end-to-end solutions leveraging Service Now platform capabilities (13+ years).
• Industry-specific consulting and advisory, working with customers to identify and solve business problems.
• Multiple transformation programs in Technology/Hi Tech, Software, Professional Services, MFG with in-depth understanding of industry domain and trends.
• Excellent articulation skills and the ability to pitch to CXOs on innovation and thought leadership.
• Experience in working with teams based in multiple time zones.
• Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is preferred.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Service Now solutions including custom applications and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and project stakeholders (Customer & TCS management, Service Now).
• Leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams.

• Industry-led advisory & transformation experience.
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Service Now.
• 7+ years of Service Now ecosystem experience.
• At least 1 industry domain experience (Technology/Hi Tech, Software, Professional Services, Mfg).
• Ability to manage CXOs and customer stakeholders.

• Certification Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas.

Salary Range: $140,500 - $250,000 a year
