The Business Operations team helps guide and articulate technology strategy and research, and is responsible for driving the day‑to‑day operation of the Product & Technology organization, including: project and portfolio management and tracking; organization‑level capital, space, and resource management and allocation; process management; technical incident management; and our administrative and workplace experience support team.

Job Overview The Program Manager will be responsible for managing enterprise‑level projects and initiatives within the Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology (DEEP&T) portfolio. This individual will work closely with various project owners to define the project team and assign responsibilities. The Program Manager will also be responsible for developing a consolidated view of the project, and for project deliverables including calendars, cross project dependencies, risk analysis, stakeholder coordination, and regular communication of status.

Primary responsibilities include guiding process development at a project team level and managing high risk, high‑impact, strategic projects across a multi‑disciplinary, multi‑function group of technologists and business professionals. This requires experience communicating across audiences, effectively defining and utilizing escalation paths, and updating technology or business leaders. The program manager reports into the Global Program Management organization and will be responsible for driving delivery across the DEEP&T.

• Project Management Delivery Accountable for driving execution and delivery of projects or support programs from start to finish
• Demonstrates a clear understanding of the project/program’s vision, objectives, scale and scope of work, expected outcomes, business value and impact, timelines, roadmaps, resource level requirements
• Establishes strong partnerships and engagement with project stakeholders
• Create full‑scale master project schedules and communication plans consisting of multiple teams or components
