Compensation (DOE): up to $130,000 (DOE) + bonus
OverviewNow Hiring:
Supply Chain Planning Manager | Fairfield, CT. This is a fantastic leadership opportunity within a stable team and a CPG company known for strong tenure and culture. Opportunity to lead and optimize key planning and S&OP functions. Reports to a Sr. Director Supply Chain.
- Develop master production schedules across manufacturing operations
- Review and align sales forecasts for finished goods
- Drive inventory optimization strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales & Finance to enhance S&OP
- Oversee material and finished goods transfers between plants
- Lead a team of 4 direct reports (Sr. Planner, Planners, Data Analyst)
- Prior supply chain planning leadership experience within the CPG industry
- ERP system experience
- APICS certification strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel ~10%
