Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Telaid is seeking a Project Manager to join their team for a growing, privately held company. The ideal candidate will have project management experience, technical skills, and a passion for delivering superior customer service.

• 3-5 years of project management experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Service Now a plus
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external teams
• Exceptional skills in providing customer support and resolving escalations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and escalat when necessary
• Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
