Mac Dermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars, or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. Our decorative performance coatings apply finishes for parts in various end markets such as automotive interiors or jewelry surfaces.

As part of our broader sustainable solutions platform, we also provide both chemistry and equipment for turnkey wastewater treatment, and recycle and reuse solutions. The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role creates compelling content, manages internal and external communications, supports marketing campaigns, and ensures consistent messaging across all channels. The Marketing Communications Specialist plays a key role in strengthening the company’s brand and supporting its marketing initiatives.

• Contribute to the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan for the growth and development of the Mac Dermid Enthone Industrial Solutions business in designated markets, in alignment with commercial objectives
• Develop internal and external communications in support of regional line of business (LOB) goals, working with appropriate departments to obtain approvals as necessar
• Support the regional business initiatives, remaining in close alignment with LOB leaders
• Partner with regional sales and technical teams on sales enablement tools and strategies in support of key business objectives and new product introductions
• Collaborate with the social media lead to maintain and create content for social media platforms, using appropriate metrics to track reach and engagement
• Plan, manage, and execute on regional events, seminars, and trade shows in alignment with LOB objectives
• Develop articles, presentations, talking points, webinars, advertisements, and collaterial for both digital and print, obtaining reviews and approvals as necessary
• Collaborate with the social media lead to develop, create, and execute social media content in support of LOB priorities, business initiatives, events, and product launches, using appropriate metrics to track reach, engagement, and performance.
