Position: Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Bristol, CT

Schedule:

• 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent ER experience
• Strong ability to manage both ED and inpatient hold ratios/acuity
• BLS and ACLS certification required; TNCC preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to diverse emergency and inpatient populations
• Assess, triage, and monitor patient conditions, administering interventions as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Respond efficiently to rapidly changing patient needs and priorities
