External job description for Retail Associate - Inventory. Starting wage: $18.00 - $23.00. Part-time position with varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn. This role is focused on inventory performance and accuracy, with opportunities for increased wages over time.
Responsibilities- Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy matters.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Move between inventory locations; stand or walk for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals; productivity-based wage increases are available.
- Uphold core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
- Participation in the WE Count initiative and collaboration with team members to improve processes.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is desirable. If you have no inventory experience, discipline and trainability are valued.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and consistency.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Applicants who have no degree, no experience or are returning to the workforce, and those with military experience are encouraged to apply. Access to reliable transportation is preferred.
This position requires standing for prolonged periods with occasional walking; repetitive hand and wrist motions; ability to work in low-level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching); use of a ladder; ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs; frequent travel by car and occasional travel by plane, including potential overnight stays.
Benefits- Productivity-based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum increase of $5.00.
