AE - Brand Ambassador; Sales Associate

Your Role

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring the brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You represent the company values, take pride in being the face of the organization, and bring your authentic self to work.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they need with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on AEO and Aerie product details and enthusiastically suggest fitting items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex to any zone—salesfloor, cash & wrap, fitting room, or stockroom—based on store needs.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Assist teammates and support teamwork to get the job done.
• Act with integrity and always adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• Enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Possess high energy and multitasking skills.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet guest shopping times.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail experience.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
