Compensation

• Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Hourly Wage: $22 - $35 per hour.
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
