** Roles & Responsibilities:
*** Delight each guest by providing exceptional customer service, conveying a positive and friendly attitude, and engaging with guests in a fun and exciting manner!
* Ensure the safe and continuous operation of all House/Maze attractions
* Complete daily safety checklist before operation of ride
* Explain safety procedures to House/Maze attendees
* Ensure that the number of attendees do not exceed maximum capacity
* Effectively communicate with coworkers and guests to ensure safe and efficient operation
* Assist guests in and out of the maze structures and cycle through the line efficiently and following all safety procedures
* Accurately respond to guest questions in a friendly and professional manner
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Proactively monitor assigned areas and quickly identify and escalate any safety hazards or other risks to the proper authorities
* Ensure compliance with and enforce all park policies, procedures, and labor laws
* All other duties assigned by leadership
** Language:
** Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

* Education and Experience:

*** High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
* No previous work experience needed
** Requirements:
*** Must be at least 16 years of age to comply with Connecticut Child Labor Laws
* Must be able to obtain Working Papers if under the age of 18
* Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Must be able to work nights up to 12am (midnight)
* Must be playful, outgoing, friendly, and convey a positive, guest-centric attitude
* Must possess effective verbal communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to follow direction, multi-task, handle stress, and work as part of a fast-paced team
